FEMA Incident Command Courses

The following courses are required for all firefighters.  All new candidates are required to complete these courses during their probationary period.  Any experienced firefighter coming from another department must bring copies of the completion of these two courses or they will need to retake them.


-  Introduction to the Incident Command System (ICS 100)

-  National Incident Management System - An Introduction (ICS-700.A)
